Yes, you can edit question text, options, and settings at any time. Changes apply to all new applications immediately. For existing approved permits, the updated question text will appear in their record. However, we recommend testing major changes on a duplicate form first to avoid confusion for applicants with pending applications.

Change the permit visibility to "Hidden" rather than disabling it. Hidden permits won't appear in the public permit list, preventing new applications, but all existing approved permits remain active. If you disable the permit instead, all approved permits will be deactivated, removing those vehicles from the whitelist.

Yes! Click the "Duplicate" button at the bottom of any permit edit screen. The system creates an exact copy including all questions, tabs, options, and scoring—except payment gateway products which must be reconfigured. The duplicate is automatically disabled and has "-COPY" added to the title, allowing you to modify it before publishing. This is perfect for creating variations of existing permits.

Yes, administrators can reject applications with a reason that's automatically emailed to the applicant. Common rejection reasons include incomplete information, ineligible status, or failing to meet requirements. Rejected applications remain in the system for audit purposes, and applicants can submit a new application if they wish to reapply.

You assign point values to each answer option (e.g., "Full-time student" = 10 points, "Live on campus" = 5 points). The system totals the scores from all answers and compares it to your threshold (e.g., 15 points minimum). Applications meeting or exceeding the threshold are automatically approved; those below are sent to admin review queue. This allows you to automatically approve clearly eligible applicants while flagging edge cases for human review.
