We also support fleet cards and corporate billing for business customers.

Rolling subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) and charge the customer's saved payment method. Customers can cancel at any time with no penalties, and they'll have access until the end of their current billing period. Email reminders are sent before each renewal.

Yes! Customers can add credit to their account through the mobile app, website, or on-site kiosks. They can choose custom amounts or select from preset values. The system also supports auto top-up, which automatically adds funds when the balance falls below a threshold you set.

When a registered vehicle enters the car park, the ANPR system recognizes the license plate and links it to the customer's account. Upon exit, the parking fee is automatically calculated and deducted from the account balance. The barrier opens automatically, and a receipt is sent via email or SMS - no stopping or payment interaction required.

You'll receive low balance alerts when your credit drops below your chosen threshold. If your balance reaches zero during a parking session, you'll be prompted to top up via the app before exiting, or you can pay at a kiosk on exit. With auto top-up enabled, your account will automatically reload, preventing any interruption to your parking.

Yes, our outdoor kiosks are IP65-rated for complete weather protection and feature reinforced, tamper-proof construction. They operate reliably in extreme temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and include anti-vandal screens, secure cash boxes, and 24/7 monitoring. All payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely.
